Shipping Areas We currently ship within Switzerland only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days via Swiss Post.

Shipping Costs Orders over CHF 80: Free shipping Orders under CHF 80: CHF 7.90 flat rate

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact us at info@theamarcosmetics.com and we will investigate with Swiss Post.
