These Terms of Service govern your use of theamarcosmetics.com and any purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Contract Formation A contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in CHF. OPAAA! GmbH is exempt from VAT under Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act (MWSTG), therefore no value-added tax (MwSt) is charged. We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery We currently ship within Switzerland. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Product Information We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings. All cosmetic products comply with the Swiss Cosmetics Ordinance (VKos) and EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

Warranty In accordance with Swiss law (OR Art. 197 ff.), a warranty period of 2 years applies to all products from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.

Liability OPAAA! GmbH is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
