Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the following conditions apply:

Right of Return You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened: gel polishes, base and top coats, builder gels, nail liquids, cuticle oils, and any cosmetic product that has been unsealed.

Tools and accessories may be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

How to Request a Return Contact us at info@theamarcosmetics.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
