Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following conditions apply:

Right of Return
You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days after receiving your order, provided they are in their original packaging.

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened: Gel Polish, Base and Top Coats, Builder Gels, Nail Liquids, Cuticle Oils and other cosmetic products if the seal has been opened.

Tools and Accessories
Tools and accessories may be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@theamarcosmetics.com and include your order number. We will then provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issue the refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order and include photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.
