Orders and Contract Formation
A purchase contract is concluded once you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected misuse.

Prices and VAT
All prices are listed in CHF. OPAAA! GmbH is exempt from VAT according to Art. 10 MWSTG. Therefore, no value-added tax is charged. Any applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within Switzerland. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is available on this website.

Product Information
We make every effort to display all product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to different screen settings. All cosmetic products offered comply with the applicable Swiss and European regulations for cosmetic products.

Warranty

OPAAA! GmbH is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the respective product.
