Shipping Area
We currently ship within Switzerland only.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 business days and is handled by Swiss Post.

Shipping Costs
Orders over CHF 80: Free shipping
Orders under CHF 80: CHF 7.90 flat rate

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact us at info@theamarcosmetics.com. We will investigate the case with Swiss Post.
